How to Troubleshoot Trend Micro Password and Encryption Issues

You must be using Encryption Management for Microsoft BitLocker in Trend Micro. Once you have installed it, the feature needs separate booting and system partitions on local endpoint. And after installing the Encryption Management for Apple FileVault, it encrypts the disk right after restarting the endpoint.

If the entered password did not match with the specified password during installation, then you will see a window displaying authentication required.

Enter the right password and then again restart the endpoint. Apple FileVault will complete encrypting if the issue was related to password.
